A classic, reimagined. My Brown Sugar Custard Pecan Pie skips the traditional corn syrup and instead uses rich brown sugar and cream to create a smooth, caramelized custard that’s unlike any pecan pie you’ve had before.

With layers of buttery toasted pecans, a golden all-butter crust, and just the right amount of sweetness, this pie is deeply flavorful, comforting, and my personal favorite.
