Ordering:

We require 2 weeks notice for all custom orders. But highly recommend inquiring and ordering 1-2 months in advance and 3 months out during peak holiday seasons as we do book out in advance.

Once your form has been submitted we will get back to you within 48 hours to go over your design. When the final design is set you will receive an invoice via email.

Payment:

Pricing and quotes are set for 30 days, and are subject to change as market pricing changes. 

​

Invoices are sent via email. Once your invoice is sent you have 48 hours to pay or your order is cancelled.

​

Once payment and design are confirmed your order will be added to our calendar.

​

General Order Info, Returns and Cancellations:

Once your order is booked on our calendar, designs are set and can not be changed. 

 

If you need to cancel your order for any reason please do so 14* days before your desired pickup date or sooner for a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds of any kind for cancellations with less than 14 days notice, nor will payments be transferrable.

All designs are custom. Variations in color, design, and detail are to be expected & refunds will not be issued for this type of discrepancy. We reserve the right to take artistic interpretation on all orders.

Contactless Pick-Ups:

All orders must be picked up, we do not offer delivery at this time (excluding weddings). Pickups are located in North Bend. You will be sent the address once payment is made. 

​

Pickup windows are available Saturdays 8am-4pm *subject to changes.

​

At the time of pickup we request you confirm your cake. Once your cake has been picked up we do not offer any refunds.

​

Allergies:

All of our products are made in a kitchen that works with common food allergens listed but not limited to; wheat, peanuts, tree-nuts, soy, milk, eggs, dairy, gluten, fish, shellfish.

Serving Sizes:

All orders include a cutting guide but can also be found on our Instagram. Due to the nature and sizing of our modern cakes you may find that our recommended cutting guide is a little different than what you are used to but we can send you a how to video if needed.
